Ryan W. Pasquini is the founder of Pasquini Law, where he focuses his practice on personal injury, eminent domain, and complex civil litigation matters throughout South Carolina.

Prior to founding Pasquini Law, Ryan was a partner at a boutique litigation firm in the Upstate, where he represented individuals, property owners, and businesses in a wide range of disputes. His experience includes handling serious personal injury claims, business and commercial litigation, and matters involving the taking of private property through condemnation and eminent domain.

Ryan approaches each case with a focus on strategy, preparation, and results. He understands that many of the matters his clients face involve significant financial stakes and, in some cases, life-altering consequences. His goal is to provide clear guidance, practical solutions, and strong advocacy at every stage of the process.
